The UK MCA wish to dispel a misrepresentation of the commercial sailing vessel regulations which has developed and will be taking action against owners who's vessels do not comply. Commercially operated sailing vessels used for racing must comply with Code and MDI have the skills and experience to help implement the safety requirements in the most unobtrusive fashion.
